NEVER TRAINED JIU JITSU?

Perfect. Come try it for free.

New students are invited to experience a free trial week of classes at Arrows Jiu Jitsu.

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend contacting us before your first visit. That gives our coaches an opportunity to help with the onboarding process and make your first experience on the mat as comfortable and productive as possible.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Comfortable athletic clothing
A T-shirt or athletic top and shorts/leggings work well. Clothing without pockets is preferred.

Water
Jiu jitsu is physical. Bring plenty of water.

Mouthguard
Bring one if you already have one.

Towel
Training can get sweaty. Adults especially may want to bring a towel.

Gi
Don't own one yet? That's okay. Limited-size trial gis are available, and we'll do our best to provide one when needed.

When you are ready to order your own gi, check out Elite Gis at their site (see below) or on Amazon for a super cost friendly, functional, and functional gi for training and competition!

Note: This can be completed prior to attending your first class by using the form located within the “Get Started” Section!
